法 自ら（おのずから）弘まらず（ひろまらず） 人（ひと）・法を弘むる故に（ゆえに）人法共に尊し（にんぽう ともに とうとし）

 通解

 法は自然に弘まるものではない。人が法を弘めるのであるからこそ、弘める人も、弘まる法も、共に尊いのである。
意訳

法は自然に弘まるものではなく、人が法を弘めるのである。弘める人が、信行学を師匠の教えに忠実に実践し、相手に誠実に、また実直に語っていく事が大事である。そうした人が弘教を実らせ、歓喜の輪が同志に伝播し、讃え合い、また発心することもできる。だからこそ、弘める人も尊く、その弘教された法も尊いのである。
English Translations

 Law does not propagating naturally. The law is propagating by the Person.
So ,both of propagating person and propagate law are precious.

Interpretation (liberal translation)

Law does not spread naturally. and spreads law by person. A person spreading it practices faith, an action, learning for the teaching of the teacher faithfully, and what it is honest and talks about to a partner again faithfully is important. If the person propagates it, a ring of the delight transmits to a comrade and praises it, and all faith becomes deep. Therefore a spreading person is precious, and the transmitted law is precious.
