強盛の大信力を致して南無妙法蓮華経・臨終正念と祈念し給へ - Chant Nam-myoho-renge-kyo with the prayer that your faith will be steadfast and correct at the moment of death.

相構え（あいかまえ）相構えて 強盛の（ごうじょう の）大信力を致して（だいしんりき を いたして） 南無妙法蓮華経・臨終正念（りんじゅうしょうねん）と祈念し給へ、生死一大事の血脈（しょうじいちだいじ の けつみゃく）此れより外に（ほか に）全く求むることなかれ、煩悩即菩提（ぼんのう そく ぼだい）・生死即涅槃（しょうじ そく ねはん）とは是なり、信心の血脈なくんば 法華経を持つ（たもつ）とも無益（むやく）なり

通解

よくよく心して強盛の大信力を起こして、南無妙法蓮華経、臨終正念と祈念しなさい。生死一大事の血脈をこれよりほかに決して求めてはならない。煩悩即菩提・生死即涅槃とはこのことである。信心の血脈がなければ、法華経を持っても無益である。


意訳

しっかりと強く信心を奮い起こして、南無妙法蓮華経と、「死の間際にあっても信心は揺るがない」という想いで真剣に唱え、祈っていきなさい。

生死一大事とは、

「煩悩 即 菩提」：生命の根本的な欲求や、人生において生じる様々な欲求が満たされず、生命が迷っている状態（煩悩）から、題目を唱えることで、すぐに（即）生命の迷いを見抜き正す、悟りの智慧を得た生命の状態（菩提）に成ることであり、互いに密接な関係にある。

「生死 即 涅槃」：生命の根本的な悩みや苦しみ、人生において生じる様々な悩苦（生死の悩苦）を、題目を唱えることで、すぐに（即）自身の無限の可能性を引き出し、脳苦を乗り越える力強い仏の生命を悟った状態（涅槃）に成ることであり、互いに密接な関係にある。

これらが生命の真理（生死観の一番の大事）であり、仏法の究極の法理である。
これを生死一大事というのであり、これ以外に生命哲学を求めても、真理に至ることはできない。

血脈とは、師匠から弟子に、これら究極の生命哲学である仏法を正しく受け継ぎ、継承していくことであり、人間の血管が心臓から細かく枝分かれしている様子に例えて、血脈というのである。

「生死一大事の血脈」という生命哲学の真理を、末法において正しく説き明かした日蓮大聖人の弟子として、正しく信受し、正しく継承していくのが日蓮仏法である。
以上のことから、日蓮仏法以外に真理を求めてはならないのであり、日蓮仏法を深く信じきる「信心の血脈」がなければ、南無妙法蓮華経と題目を唱えても無益なのである。


English Translations

" The Heritage of the Ultimate Law of Life  "

Be resolved to summon forth the great power of faith, and chant Nam-myoho-renge-kyo with the prayer that your faith will be steadfast and correct at the moment of death. Never seek any other way to inherit the ultimate Law of life and death, and manifest it in your life. Only then will you realize that earthly desires are enlightenment, and that the sufferings of birth and death are nirvana. Even embracing the Lotus Sutra would be useless without the heritage of faith.

Interpretation (liberal translation)

Be resolved to summon forth the great power of faith, and chant Nam-myoho-renge-kyo with the prayer that your faith will be steadfast and correct at the moment of death.

Inherit the ultimate Law of life and death

"Earthly desires are enlightenment.": the desire with the fundamental life and the various desires which form in a life aren't to be satisfied and to raise a theme from the state that the life is unable to rest in peace [ Earthly desire ], are that it'll be in the state of the life from which I got wisdom of spiritual enlightenment who will see through a delusion of the life and correct immediately [ Enlightenment ] and are in a close relation.

"The sufferings of birth and death are nirvana.": it's that it'll be in the state the life realized fundamental worries and various cerebral pain which suffered and forms in a life [ The sufferings of birth and death ] and by which the forceful dead who draw out the infinite possibility  immediately by raising a theme and get over cerebral pain realized the life [ nirvana ] and is in a close relation.

These are truth of the life and are the last principle of law of Buddhism.
Even if this is called "The ultimate Law of life and death" philosophy is asked besides this, it isn't possible to come to truth.

With a Heritage, from a master for disciples,it's a compared human blood vessel has that inheriting the Buddhism which is life philosophy of an ultimate right, and by succeeding, and compares to the state ramifying small from a heart and says a "Heritage".

It's right as disciples of Nichiren who explained truth of life philosophy as " Heritage of the Ultimate Law of Life and death ", right in a sinful age, deep faith, the one which is being inherited right is Nichiren Buddhism.
When you aren't supposed to ask anything but Nichiren Buddhism for truth from being it, and there are no "Heritage" belief you finish believing Nichiren Buddhism deeply, even if chant Nam-myoho-renge-kyo, it's useless.
