南無妙法蓮華経は歓喜の中の大歓喜なり - Nam-myoho-renge-kyo is the greatest of all joys.

始めて 我心 本来の仏なり と知るを即ち大歓喜と名く 所謂 南無妙法蓮華経は歓喜の中の大歓喜なり

通解（意訳）
　
御本尊を受持することによって、初めて自分自身の生命の中に、何者にも揺るがされない強靭な生命力や、無限の可能性を秘めている事を知る事ができる、すなわち自分自身の生命に本来備わっている仏性（＝妙法の当体）であると悟っていくことができる。これを大歓喜というのである。
南無妙法蓮華経と題目を唱えていくことで、自分自身の仏の境涯を顕す事ができる（＝即身成仏）のであり、これが歓喜の中の大歓喜なのである。

The great joy that one experiences when one understands for the first time that one’s mind from the very beginning has been a Buddha. Nam-myoho-renge-kyo is the greatest of all joys.

Interpretation (liberal translation)
　
 It's possible to know to keep the tough life force shaken by no persons and an infinite possibility in the life for the first time by end's doing Gohonzon.
 Or it's possible to be realizing Buddha nature with which the life is equipped primarily [ Natural self of wondrous law of Buddha] . This is called big delight.
 It's possible to publicize the Buddhahood by raising Daimoku in Nam - myoho - renge - kyo, and this is big delight in the delight [ Attainment of Buddhahood during life ] .

湿れる木より火を出し乾ける土より水を儲けんが如く強盛に申すなり - praying as earnestly as though to produce fire from damp wood, or to obtain water from parched ground.

蒼蝿驥尾に附して万里を渡り 碧蘿松頭に懸りて千尋を延ぶ - A blue fly, if it clings to the tail of a thoroughbred horse, can travel ten thousand miles, and the green ivy that twines around the tall pine can grow to a thousand feet.
