法華経の信を・うすくなさんずる・やうを・たばかる人出来せば我が信心を・こころむるかと・おぼし - If people should try to weaken your belief in the Lotus Sutra, consider that your faith is being tested.
我が命は 事出で（こといで）きたらば上に（かみに）・まいらせ候べしと・ひと（編）へに おもひきりて 何事（なにごと）につけても・言（ことば）をやわらげて 法華経の信を・うすくなさんずる・やうを・たばかる人 出来（しゅったい）せば 我が信心を・こころむるかと（試みるかと）・おぼして（思ぼして）各各（おのおの）これを 御けうくん（御教訓）あるは・うれしき事なり、ただし 御身の（おんみ の）けうくん（教訓）させ給え

通解「私の命は、何か事が起こった時には主君にささげましょう」と、潔く決断して、何事についても言葉穏やかに語りかけながら、あなたの法華経の信心を薄くしとうとたくらむ者が出てきたなら、『自分の信心を試みているのか』 と思って、 「あなた方が私を教訓してくださるのはうれしいことである。しかし、まず先に御自身の振舞いを教訓なさるがよい」（と言ってやりなさい。）
意訳
あなたが武士という立場である以上は、「主君の恩に報いるために、私の命は、何か事が起こった時には、主君にささげましょう」と、命懸けで奉公することが武士の模範たる振る舞いであると、潔く決断して主君に奉公しなさい。信心については、何事についても言葉穏やかに語りかけながら、人としての生き方や道理にかなった振る舞いを見せていきなさい。
そのうちに、三障四魔が必ず競ってくる。
もし、あなたの法華経の信心を薄くしようとする者が現れ、大勢の人前で、あなたの噂話や悪口を言うような輩がいたなら、その時には、『自分の信心が試されているのだ。自身を成長させるチャンスなのだ』 と思い、 「あなた方が、私を教訓してくださるのはうれしいことである。しかし、まず先に御自身の振舞いを教訓なさるがよい」と、堂々と言い放ち、その場を離れるがよい。
このような振舞いによって、礼儀正しく、しかし悪に対しては厳然と立ち向かう人柄である事と、信仰者としての生き方を示すことができるのである。
English Translations
" The Workings of Brahmā and Shakra "
"Should an emergency arise, I will give my life for my lord.” Speak in a mild manner, no matter what the circumstances.
If people should try to weaken your belief in the Lotus Sutra, consider that your faith is being tested. Tell them sardonically, “I deeply appreciate your warning. However, you should save your admonishment for yourselves."

Interpretation (liberal translation)Because you're a Samurai (Japanese Knight), "I'll sacrifice my life to my lord to return to my lord's kindness when some facts have happened.", resolve that it's Samurai's model barrel behavior to serve desperately nobly and serve your Lord. Show a life-style as a person and reasonable behavior while speaking a word gently about everything about belief.
The Three Obstacles and Four Devils is peddling certainly over it.
If the person who tries to believe in your Lotus Sutra thin appeared and was the many public, and your rumor talk and the family who says bad things were here, You think "The belief is tried. It's the chance to make oneself grow." at that time, and declares "It's that you're happy that a lesson does me. But a lesson should do the stand by which you're you yourself first." openly and squarely, and the place is left, but it's good.
They're civil by such behavior, and but it's possible to indicate the case that I'm the person who confronts solemnly and a life-style as a belief person to vice, and they're trust from your Lord and entourage and the one which can get understanding to belief.
