日本国と申すは女人の国と申す国なり、天照太神と申せし女神のつきいだし給える島なり、此の日本には男 十九億九万四千八百二十八人・女は 二十九億九万四千八百三十人なり （中略） 二十九億九万四千八百三十人の女人の中の第一なりとおぼしめすべし

通解（意訳）
　
日本国というのは女人の国ともいえる国である。天照太神という女神の築かれた島である。この日本国には男は１９９万４８２８人・女は２９９万４８３０人いる。
法華経だけが、女人成仏を説いている唯一の法である。そして法華経を信受している女性は、２９９万４８３０人の中でも一番優れた女性なのだと思っていきなさい。

This country of Japan may be called a women’s country. These islands were created by the Sun Goddess. In this land of Japan there are 1,994,828 men and 2,994,830 women.
( Omission ) 
Among all the 2,994,830 women of Japan, you should think of yourself as number one.
[ Only a Lotus Sutra is the only law explaining to be able to achieve a lady to buddhahood. And think the lady who believers of the Lotus Sutra is the most excellent lady in 2,994,830 ladies. ]

蒼蝿驥尾に附して万里を渡り 碧蘿松頭に懸りて千尋を延ぶ - A blue fly, if it clings to the tail of a thoroughbred horse, can travel ten thousand miles, and the green ivy that twines around the tall pine can grow to a thousand feet.
