此の法とは法華経なり法華経を信仰せば天下安全たらむ事疑有る可からざるなり - If one believes in the Lotus Sutra, then all under heaven will be peaceful and secure.

玄義（げんぎ）に云く（いわく）「 若し（もし）此の（この）法に依れば（よれば）即ち（すなわち）天下泰平（てんかたいへい）｣と、 此の法とは法華経なり 法華経を信仰せば 天下安全たらむ事 疑（うたがい）有る可からざるなり


御義口伝（７８６頁）　

通解

天台大師は法華玄義（ほっけげんぎ）に「 もし、この法を根幹としていくならば、天下は泰平となる 」と述べている。天台のいう「この法 」とは妙法蓮華経である。
この妙法蓮華経を信仰するならば、世界は平和になっていくことは疑いないのである。


English Translations

" The Universal Worthy Sutra "

Thus [volume eight of] Profound Meaning says, “If one relies upon this Law, then all under heaven will be at peace.” The words “this Law” refer to the Lotus Sutra. So there can be no doubt that, if one believes in the Lotus Sutra, then all under heaven will be peaceful and secure.

難来るを以て安楽と意得可きなり - Difficulties will arise, and these are to be looked on as “peaceful” practices.
