通解（意訳）
　
鍛えていない鉄は、燃え盛る火に入れれば、すぐに溶けてしまう。氷を湯の中に入れるようなものである。剣などは大火に入れても、しばらくは溶けない。これは鍛えられているからである。あなたに、あえて事前にこのように申すのは、あなたの心を鍛えるためである。
　

  • 信心を鍛える

信心を根本に生活する中で、常に自分を鍛えていく努力を惜しまない事が大事です。
Myohoによって、自身の生命を練磨することが真の勝利をおさめるための道なのです。
鍛練とは、我々に置き換えるなら朝晩のGongyoであり、信心のための活動です。
自身の人間革命を成し遂げた時、勝利の扉が開かれるのです。

" The Hero of the world "
　
 Untempered iron quickly melts in a blazing fire, like ice put in hot water. But a sword, even when exposed to a great fire, withstands the heat for a while, because it has been well forged. In admonishing you in this way, I am trying to forge your faith.

  • To train faith?

 It is always important to do not spare an effort training oneself while it lives in the origin for faith. It is a way to true victory to train the life of own by Myoho. If we replace it with us, it is Gongyo of morning and evening and activity for faith.When we accomplished the Human Revolution of own, a door of the victory is opened.

蒼蝿驥尾に附して万里を渡り 碧蘿松頭に懸りて千尋を延ぶ - A blue fly, if it clings to the tail of a thoroughbred horse, can travel ten thousand miles, and the green ivy that twines around the tall pine can grow to a thousand feet.
