通解（意訳）
　（南無妙法蓮華経の）「妙」とは、本来自身に備わっている仏の境涯を開くということである。世間のたとえで言えば、財宝が詰まった蔵があっても、蔵を開く鍵がなければ開くことができない。蔵が開かなければ、蔵の中の財宝を見ることはできない。
南無妙法蓮華経の妙の文字は、仏の境涯を開く「鍵」なのである。

 Hence the character myo of " Nam-myoho-renge-kyo " means to open the way of attain Buddhahood. If there is a storehouse full of treasures but no key, then it cannot be opened, and if it cannot be opened, then the treasure inside cannot be seen.
