通解

人に物を施せば、（それがかえって）我が身を助けることになる。たとえば、人のために灯をともせば、その人の周りも自分の周りも明るくなるようなものである。


英訳

"Three virtues of foods"

If you gave things to others, so that help yourself.
For example, If one lights a fire for others, one will brighten one's own way.
