此の経は愚人も仏因を種べし - Even fools can plant the seeds that lead to Buddhahood.

 諸経は智者・猶仏にならず 此の経は愚人も仏因を種べし 不求解脱・解脱自至等と云云、 我並びに我が弟子・諸難ありとも 疑う心なくば自然に仏界にいたるべし

通解（意訳）
　
 諸経では、たとえ智者であってもなお、仏界を涌現させることができない。しかしこの法華経は愚かな者であっても、仏の生命・仏界は本来、誰もが生命に備わっているので、法華経の一節を聞いたり、南無妙法蓮華経の題目の音声などを聞いたりした仏縁によって、生命に下種された仏種が要因となって、成仏することができる。
「解脱（成仏、仏の生命）を求めなくとも、解脱が自ら至る」との経文はこのことである。

 我ならびに我が弟子達は、いかなる大難があろうとも、法華経を疑う心がなければ、自然に仏界を開く事ができるのである。
　
　
English Translations

" The Opening of the Eyes " Part Two.
　
 Even a wise person cannot become a Buddha through the other sutras, but with the Lotus Sutra, even fools can plant the seeds that lead to Buddhahood. As the sutra passage I have quoted earlier puts it, “Although they do not seek emancipation, emancipation will come of itself.”
 Although I and my disciples may encounter various difficulties, if we do not harbor doubts in our hearts, we will as a matter of course attain Buddhahood.

  [Even a wise man can't attain to the Buddhahood by several sutras, but even a stupid person is explaining to this Lotus Sutra that everyone has Buddhahood and Buddha nature in the life primarily. The kind of Buddha planted in the life will be in by hearing a phrase of a Lotus Sutra and hearing sound of Daimoku in Nam - myoho - renge - kyo, and it's possible to attain to the Buddhahood. the Sutra said, "Deliverance isn't asked, if, deliverance comes personally." Although Nichiren and my disciples may encounter various difficulties, if we do not harbor doubts in our hearts, we will as a matter of course attain Buddhahood. ]

湿れる木より火を出し乾ける土より水を儲けんが如く強盛に申すなり - praying as earnestly as though to produce fire from damp wood, or to obtain water from parched ground.
