浄土と云ひ穢土と云うも土に二の隔なし只我等が心の善悪によると見えたり - It also states that, if the minds of living beings are impure, their land is also impure, but if their minds are pure,so is their land.There are not two lands,pure or impure in themselves.The difference lies solely in the good or evil of our minds.

浄土と云ひ穢土と云うも土に二の隔なし只我等が心の善悪によると見えたり、衆生と云うも仏と云うも亦此くの如し迷う時は衆生と名け悟る時をば仏と名けたり

通解(意訳)
 
浄土といっても穢土(えど、けがれた土地)といっても、国土が二つに分かれているのではない。ただ、我らの心の善悪によって、浄土とも穢土ともなるのである。
 衆生というのも仏というのもまた同じ事である。人生に迷う時は衆生と名づけ、悟る時を仏と名づけたのである。
 
 
English Translations
" On Attaining Buddhahood in This Lifetime "
 
 It also states that, if the minds of living beings are impure, their land is also impure, but if their minds are pure, so is their land. There are not two lands, pure or impure in themselves. The difference lies solely in the good or evil of our minds.
 It is the same with a Buddha and an ordinary being. When deluded, one is called an ordinary being, but when enlightened, one is called a Buddha.
