女人変じて妙の一字となる・妙の一字変じて台上の釈迦仏となるべし - A woman changes and becomes the single character myō. The character myō changes and becomes Shakyamuni Buddha seated on a lotus pedestal.
稲変じて苗となる・苗変じて草となる・草変じて米となる・米変じて人となる・人変じて仏となる・女人変じて妙の一字となる・妙の一字変じて台上の釈迦仏となるべし

通解（意訳）弘安３年（１２８０年）
稲は変じて苗となり、苗は変じて草となる。草は変じて米となり、米は食料に変じ人の血肉となる。人は妙法によって変じて、仏となる。女性は変じて妙法蓮華経の妙の一字となるのである。
南無妙法蓮華経と唱えた時、唱えた者の妙の一字が変じて、蓮華台に座している釈迦仏と同じく、その者も仏になるのである。
法華経以外の経典では、女人は成仏できないと説かれているが、このようにして、女性も仏の境涯を開く事ができるのである。
English Translations
" Reply to Ōnichi-nyo "
Rice plants change and become seedlings. Seedlings change and become stalks. Stalks change and become rice. Rice changes and becomes a person. And a person changes and becomes a Buddha. A woman changes and becomes the single character myō. The character myō changes and becomes Shakyamuni Buddha seated on a lotus pedestal.
[ Character of "myō ";" 妙 " in " Nam-myōho-renge-kyō ";" 南無-妙法-蓮華-経 ";
When a woman chant with Nam-myoho-renge-kyo, the karma will change and be the character of myo in Nam-myoho-renge-kyo.
When a person chant with Nam-myoho-renge-kyo, the character of chanting myo will change and be Buddha equal to the Shakyamuni-Buddha sit down on a pedestal of Lotus.
When a woman can't be Buddha by a scripture of anything but a Lotus Sutra, it's explained, but in this way, all women can attain to the Buddhahood. ]
