この功徳は父母・祖父母・乃至 無辺の衆生にも.をよぼしてん、まして・わが.いとをし（愛し）と・をもふ（想う）・をとこ（夫）は申すに及ばずと、おぼしめすべし

一枚の帷子（着る物）ですが、法華経の一切の６９３８４文字に宿る、６９３８４の仏に供養したことになるのです。
この功徳は、あなたの父母・祖父母・さらには多くの衆生にも及ぶことは当然です。ましてや、あなたの最愛の夫に功徳が及ぶことはいうまでもありません。

Though only one robe, it has been offered to the Buddhas of all the [ 69384 n umber of ] characters of the Lotus Sutra.

Be firmly convinced that the benefits from this will extend to your parents, your grandparents, nay, even to countless living beings, not to mention your own husband, whom you hold most dear.
