此の経の題目は習い読む事なくして大なる善根にて候、悪人も女人も畜生も地獄の衆生も十界ともに即身成仏と説かれて候

通解（意訳）
この法華経の題目は、その意味を理解して唱えるのではなくても、大きな善根になるのである。
悪人も、女人も、畜生も、地獄の衆生も、十界の衆生が共に皆、即身成仏することができると説かれている。
南無妙法蓮華経の題目は、宇宙の法則、リズムそのものであるから、意味を理解していなくても、自然と自分の生命のリズムが宇宙のリズムと合致するのである。

The sutra teaches that women, evil men, and those in the realms of animals and hell—in fact, all the beings of the Ten Worlds—can attain Buddhahood in their present form.

Interpretation (liberal translation)
DAIMOKU of the Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo is the law of the universe and the rhythm itself, so even if you do not understand the meaning, the rhythm of your life will naturally match the rhythm of the universe.

蒼蝿驥尾に附して万里を渡り 碧蘿松頭に懸りて千尋を延ぶ - A blue fly, if it clings to the tail of a thoroughbred horse, can travel ten thousand miles, and the green ivy that twines around the tall pine can grow to a thousand feet.
