English Gosho
Be deeply convinced, then, that your illness cannot possibly persist, and that your life cannot fail to be extended!
Take care of yourself, and do not burden your mind with grief.

Interpretation (liberal translation)
If you are a Lotus Sutra fellow, you have to inspire a strong faith;
"Why can not the disease recover and not lengthen the lifespan, be sure to overcome the disease".
You have to cherish the body, make a healthy living environment, treasure the body.
And, you do not have to  mourn, do not pessimistic in your mind, and do not to worry.
This is very important.

蒼蝿驥尾に附して万里を渡り 碧蘿松頭に懸りて千尋を延ぶ - A blue fly, if it clings to the tail of a thoroughbred horse, can travel ten thousand miles, and the green ivy that twines around the tall pine can grow to a thousand feet.
