English Gosho
Because I speak concerning the most important matter in the entire land of Jambudvīpa, my words are accompanied by portents of the first magnitude.
How tragic, how pitiful, that all the people of Japan should fall into the great citadel of the hell of incessant suffering! But how fortunate, how joyous, to think that with this unworthy body I have received in my heart the seeds of Buddhahood!

Interpretation (liberal translation)
Nichiren explained essential "Nam-myoho-renge-kyo" of the Lotus Sutra which is the great Buddhism in Jambudvīpa [ the All of the world ], so Nichiren and pupils met various hardships so that it might be written on a sutra, and people all Japan persecuted us.
The result is as it is written on a sutra, an invasion from an other country and the case that a rebellion has occurred to Japan will be also the punishment which persecuted an ascetic of a Lotus Sutra and be also the first trigger of propagation prevalence.
What deplorable thing is it?
all people who persecuted Nichiren and disciples will be to fall in a castle of the abyss.
And what good thing is it?
we, Nichiren and disciples planted the kind of spiritual enlightenment of Buddhahood in the fields at the heart by a this life though they were ordinary person's body.
