軍には大将軍を魂とす 大将軍をくしぬれば歩兵臆病なり

通解（意訳）
戦の際、軍には大将軍を魂として、将軍の采配次第で勝負が決まる。その大将軍が臆病になってしまえば、その部下の兵達も同じように、ことごとく臆病になってしまう。

広宣流布の戦いにおいては、リーダーが生命力豊かに、自ら率先して戦いに挑み、
また個人も自らがリーダーの気概を以って、心を合わせて戦っていかなければならない。

The leader is full of vitality, and it is important that oneself challenges a fight proactively.Each person needs Spirits;" I'm a leader,too! " , and must fight against all the members with a single purpose together.

湿れる木より火を出し乾ける土より水を儲けんが如く強盛に申すなり - praying as earnestly as though to produce fire from damp wood, or to obtain water from parched ground.

蒼蝿驥尾に附して万里を渡り 碧蘿松頭に懸りて千尋を延ぶ - A blue fly, if it clings to the tail of a thoroughbred horse, can travel ten thousand miles, and the green ivy that twines around the tall pine can grow to a thousand feet.
