大事には小瑞なし、大悪をこれば大善きたる、すでに大謗法・国にあり大正法必ずひろまるべし、各各なにをかなげかせ給うべき、迦葉尊者にあらずとも・まいをも・まいぬべし、舎利弗にあらねども・立つてをどりぬべし、上行菩薩の大地よりいで給いしには・をどりてこそいで給いしか

通解（意訳）
大事の起こる前には小さな瑞相（ずいそう、前触れ）はない。大悪が起これば大善がくる。既に、正法である法華経を謗る（そしる）という大悪（大謗法）が国に充満しているのであるから、大正法は必ず弘まるという大善もくるのである。各々（おのおの）何を嘆くことがあろうか。迦葉尊者でなくても、舞いを舞うべきところである。舎利弗でなくても、立って踊るべきところである。
上行菩薩ら地涌の菩薩が大地から湧出したときには、舞い踊りながら出られたのである。
末法において、教主釈尊は大地から「地涌の菩薩」を呼び出し、妙法蓮華経を弘める事を託された。この「地涌の菩薩」のリーダーである「上行菩薩」は、大地から舞い踊りながら出現されたのである。
「上行菩薩」は日蓮大聖人の事であり、「地涌の菩薩」とは、末法における法華経の行者である、私達の事なのである。
我々は、姿は凡夫の姿であるが、その内証（内に秘められた無限の可能性の証である、仏性）は尊い使命を果たすために今世に出現した、尊い「地涌の菩薩」なのである。

Great events never have minor omens. When great evil occurs, great good follows. Since great slander already exists in our land, the great correct Law will spread without fail. What could any of you have to lament?
Even if you are not the Venerable Mahākāshyapa, you should all perform a dance. Even if you are not Shāriputra, you should leap up and dance. When Bodhisattva Superior Practices emerged from the earth, did he not emerge dancing?
Great events never have minor omens. When great evil occurs, great good follows. Since great slander already exists in our land, the great correct Law will spread without fail. What could any of you have to lament?

Interpretation (liberal translation)Buddha called "Bodhisattva of the Earth" from the earth, and Buddha declared that they propagated Myoho-renge-kyo in the sinful age. This "The Bodhisattva Superior Practices" is the leader of "Bodhisattva of the Earth" , and he appeared from the earth while being glad and dancing.
"The Bodhisattva Superior Practices" is Nichiren - Daishonin, and we're an ascetic of a Lotus Sutra with "Bodhisattva of the Earth".
The appearance is the form of the mediocre person for us, but the"Buddha nature" which is a proof of an infinite possibility that you could keep the secret a mind and body to myself is "Bodhisattva of the Earth".
We were born in this world as a "Bodhisattva of the Earth" for each to achieve the noble mission.
