此の法門の一行いかなる本意なき事ありとも・みずきかず・いわずして・むつばせ給へ、大人には・いのりなしまいらせ候べし

通解（意訳）
　
この法門の人々とは､たとえどんな不本意なことがあっても､見ず､聞かず､言わずして､仲良くしていきなさい｡おだやかにして､祈っていきなさい
  • たがいに尊敬し仲良く前進
（リーダーの心がけとして）当然､根本である信心の大綱は､きちんと指導していかなければならない｡そのうえで､私的なことについては､いちいちこまかく指摘したり､非難しあったりすることは賢明ではない｡　人それぞれに個性があり､生き方がある｡生活環境も違う｡たがいに尊重しあい､仲良くしていくことこそが大事である｡（中略）たとえ不本意なことがあっても､広々とした心で､忍耐強く､大きく包容し､より強盛な信心に立てるよう激励していくことである｡また大きな立場から､成長を祈ってあげることである｡　そうしていけば､本人の信心の深化とともに､しだいに人間的にも成長をめざしていくにちがいない｡

  • To respect it each other, and to advance peacefully.
 Naturally you must teach the general rules of the faith that is the origin properly. However, everybody points it out about a personal thing finely to take the faultfinding or the criticize, it is not wise. Each person has personality, and there is way of life, and living environment is different.Everybody respect each other. it is important most to get along well.(omission)It is big patiently and, for an extensive heart, does a subsumption even if it may be unwillingness, and the you encourage to work hard at stronger faith is important.it is  pray for growth. In that way if go; of the faith of the person is deepened, and is human, and must gradually aim at the growth.

本文 人に物をほどこせば 我が身のたすけとなる、 譬へば 人のために火をともせば・我が まへあきらかなるがごとし 食物三徳御書 （１５９８頁） 年月不明 通解（意訳） 人に物を施せば、かえって我が身を助けることに繋がる。 例えば、人のために灯をともしてあげれば、自分の前も明るくなるようなものである。 菩薩の心の信心 「人のため」（利他のため）だけを言うと、傲慢になる。「人を救ってあげている」偽善になる。 自分のためにもなっている事を自覚して、初めて『修行させてもらっている』『学ばせてもらっている』という謙虚さが出る。 自他不二です。 人のために尽くしただけ、自分の生命に福運が積まれる。これが『菩薩道』なのです。 - 池田大作 English Gosho  If one gives food to others, one will improve one’s own lot,  just as,  for example, if one lights a fire for others, one will brighten one’s own way. 湿れる木より火を出し乾ける土より水を儲けんが如く強盛に申すなり - praying as earnestly as though to produce fire from damp wood, or to obtain water from parched ground.

蒼蝿驥尾に附して万里を渡り 碧蘿松頭に懸りて千尋を延ぶ - A blue fly, if it clings to the tail of a thoroughbred horse, can travel ten thousand miles, and the green ivy that twines around the tall pine can grow to a thousand feet.
