各各用心有る可し少しも妻子眷属を憶うこと莫れ - All of you should prepare yourselves mentally for what may come. Do not let concern for wife and children or other family members deter you.

通解（意訳）
　
（幕府の要人、諸宗・諸大寺の高僧等、十一通の文書を送った。それ故、今まで以上に、日蓮や我が門下に対しての弾圧が強くなり、流罪や死罪に及ぶことは、もはや免れがたい。）
　法難に遭うのは、正しく信心をしている証拠であるから、元から日蓮は、望むところである。我が門下達も、いざという時に備えて心構えて、覚悟を決めておきなさい。
　命が惜しいからといって、難そのものを恐れたり、たとえ妻子や、周囲の友人達のことを思ったとしても、臆病になってはならない。権力に対しては、堂々と立ち向かっていきなさい。恐れたり、へつらうようであってはならない。
　大きな苦難にあったその時こそ、法華経のために不惜身命の信心を奮い起こして、生死や様々な悩みに縛られた自分の縄を断ち切って、地涌の菩薩の使命に目覚めなさい。

必ず自身の法性を呼び起こし、何事にも動じない強い自分へと成長できる、人間革命の大きなチャンスなのである。
　
　
English Translations

" Letter to My Disciples and Lay Supporters "
　
[ Nichiren sent 11 documents to remonstrate about to a very important person of the Shogunate government, the learned and virtuous priest of various schools, cathedrals.
 Thus, the oppression for Nichiren and my disciples will become strong more than before.

It is difficult to already avoid it from an exile and capital punishment even if it is a false charge.]
 That [ hardship ] is the sort of response I am hoping for. All of you should prepare yourselves mentally for what may come.
 Do not let concern for wife and children or other family members deter you. Do not fear those in authority.
 Now is the time to break free from the bonds of this realm of birth and death and to obtain the fruit of Buddhahood ! 
[ These happenings for remind of one's Buddha nature and mature into oneself strong shaken by nothing. It is a big chance of the Human Revolution. ]
