法華経の行者の祈りのかなはぬ事はあるべからず - it could never come about that the prayers of the practitioner of the Lotus Sutra would go unanswered.

大地はささばはづるるとも虚空をつなぐ者はありとも・潮のみちひぬ事はありとも日は西より出づるとも・法華経の行者の祈りのかなはぬ事はあるべからず

通解（意訳）
　
たとえ、大地を刺して外れる事があっても、大空をつなぎ合わせる者があっても、潮の満ち干きがなくなることがあっても、太陽が西の空から昇るようなことがあっても、いかにあり得ないような出来事が起きたとしても、法華経の行者の祈りが叶わないことは絶対にない。
　この事を疑わず、祈りを明確にし、「祈りはかならず叶う」と、確信して祈るのである。
そして、祈るだけでなく、広宣流布のための「行動」が一つになって、「法華経の行者」の祈りは叶うのである。

 Though one might point at the earth and miss it, though one might bind up the sky, though the tides might cease to ebb and flow and the sun rise in the west, it could never come about that the prayers of the practitioner of the Lotus Sutra would go unanswered.
[ Without doubting this thing, it's important to pray the contents of a wish specifically.
When hoping, be convinced "My wish comes true certainly."
When involving behavior for "Kosen-Rufu" as well as a prayer, a prayer of" ascetic of a Lotus Sutra" materializes. ]
