Interpretation (liberal translation)

You're an ascetic of a Lotus Sutra.
So be convinced "Why doesn't the life expectancy get over sickness and have increased longevity? A disease can be conquered certainly." and apply yourself to faith.
Make healthy life environment and take care of yourself.
Become pessimistic, don't be resentful and don't be worried, and live positively brightly.
These are most important.
