Interpretation (liberal translation)

In the Latter day, it's most important to preach to other people in Nichiren Buddhism by the way called " Shakubuku [ 折伏 ] ".  Nichiren wrote the reason that shakubuku is important on this letter.
Always carry a letter of this "On Practicing the Buddha's Teachings" around, learn and be practicing the shakubuku.
