釈尊...法華経...我等衆生との三つ全く差別無し - Shakyamuni Buddha... the Lotus Sutra... and we ordinary human beings are in no way different or separate from one another.

久遠実成の釈尊と 皆成仏道の法華経と 我等 衆生との三つ 全く差別無しと解りて 妙法蓮華経と唱え奉る処を生死一大事の血脈とは云うなり、

此の事 但 日蓮が弟子旦那等の肝要なり 法華経を持つとは是なり

くおんじつじょう の しゃくそん と かいじょうぶつどう の ほけきょう と われら しゅじょう の みっつ まったく さべつ なし と さとりて みょうほれんげきょう と となえ たてまつる ところ を しょうじ いち だいじ の けつみゃく とは いう なり

このこと ただ にちれん が でし だんな とう の かんよう なり ほけきょう を たもつ とは これ なり

生死一大事血脈抄

通解（意訳）

仏界の象徴である久遠実成（永遠の成仏を実らせた）釈尊と、皆成仏道の法華経（皆が仏に成る道＝万人成仏を唯一説いている法である、妙法蓮華経）と、私たち衆生の三つには、全く差別（違い）がなく、同じものであると理解し、心から確信して妙法蓮華経と唱えたてまつるところを、「生死一大事の血脈」というのでる。

このことが日蓮の弟子檀那らにとっての肝要である。法華経を持つとは、この事を言うのである。

Shakyamuni Buddha who attained enlightenment countless kalpas ago, the Lotus Sutra that leads all people to Buddhahood, and we ordinary human beings are in no way different or separate from one another. To chant Myoho-renge-kyo with this realization is to inherit the ultimate Law of life and death.

This is a matter of the utmost importance for Nichiren’s disciples and lay supporters, and this is what it means to embrace the Lotus Sutra.
