法華経は一文・一句であっても、それを聞く者は、既に仏の境涯という、自己の生命に秘められた無限の可能性を開く事ができるのである。

Interpretation (liberal translation) 
Even if it is only one sentence or phrase of the Lotus Sutra or the Nichiren Buddhism, those who hear it can immediately open the infinite possibilities hidden in their lives, called Buddhist nature.

蒼蝿驥尾に附して万里を渡り 碧蘿松頭に懸りて千尋を延ぶ - A blue fly, if it clings to the tail of a thoroughbred horse, can travel ten thousand miles, and the green ivy that twines around the tall pine can grow to a thousand feet.
