過去に自分がどのような要因（要素や原因）を作ってきたかは、現在の自分の結果（状況や状態）を見なさい。同様に、未来の自分がどんな結果になっているかを知ろうとするなら、現在の要因を見なさい。
そして、理想の自分になれるような要因を、今作っていきなさい。
