通解（意訳）
 そもそも、木を植えた場合、大風が吹いたとしても、強い支柱で支えてあれば倒れない。元々生えていた木であっても、根が弱ければ倒れてしまう。

 弱くて不甲斐ない者であっても、助けるものが強ければ倒れない。すこし強くで頑強な者であっても、独りであれば悪い道では倒れてしまうのである。

  • 善き友

『孤独』になってはいけない。人を『孤独』にしてもいけない。悩みに寄り添って、その苦しい『心音』に耳を傾けてあげなければ。 そうすることによって、じつは自分自身が癒されていくのです。人を受け入れ、励ますことによって、自分の心が励まされ、開かれていくのです。

 When a tree has been transplanted,though fierce winds may blow, it will not topple if it has a firm stake to hold it up. but even a tree that has grown up in place may fall over if its roots are weak.

 Even a feeble person will not stumble if those supporting him are strong, but a person of considerable strength, when alone, may fall down on an uneven path.

 You must not become lonely, and you must not let a person make loneliness. You snuggle up to the trouble of the person and must listen to "heartbeat" to be painful. In fact, yourself are healed by doing so it.  A heart of your own is encouraging and opened  that by you accepting a person in your heart and your encouraging the person.

蒼蝿驥尾に附して万里を渡り 碧蘿松頭に懸りて千尋を延ぶ - A blue fly, if it clings to the tail of a thoroughbred horse, can travel ten thousand miles, and the green ivy that twines around the tall pine can grow to a thousand feet.
