通解(意訳)
畜生(獣・動物:十界の畜生界)の心は、自分より弱い相手を脅したり、軽蔑したりする。しかし、強い相手に対しては恐れたり、媚びたりするのである。

English Gosho
 It is the nature of beasts to threaten the weak and fear the strong.

Interpretation (liberal translation)

  • The person of the state of mind of the beast world; The ten realms of living beings.

The beast person is threatens and looks down for weak partner than oneself.

However, the beast person is afraid and flatters for the partner who is stronger than oneself.
