善悪に付いて 起り起る処の念心の当体を指して 是れ妙法の体と説き宣べたる経王なれば 成仏の直道とは云うなり、この旨を深く信じて 妙法蓮華経と唱へば 一生成仏 更に疑あるべからず

人の心の善悪は、一瞬一瞬に起こる心の状態の変化によるものである事を指して、凡夫の心そのものがそのまま妙法蓮華経の当体（本質）であると説いたのが、諸経の王である法華経である。だから、成仏の直道というのである。

この宇宙の法理である妙法を深く信じて、疑う事なく妙法蓮華経と唱えたなら、一生成仏は絶対に間違いないのである。

English Gosho
 The entity of our life, which manifests either good or evil at each moment, is in fact the entity of the Mystic Law. If you chant Myoho-renge-kyo with deep faith in this principle, you are certain to attain Buddhahood in this lifetime.

蒼蝿驥尾に附して万里を渡り 碧蘿松頭に懸りて千尋を延ぶ - A blue fly, if it clings to the tail of a thoroughbred horse, can travel ten thousand miles, and the green ivy that twines around the tall pine can grow to a thousand feet.
