通解（意訳）
法華経について疑問を立てて、その趣旨をおたずねされている事は、（六難九易：法華経の修行の６つの難しい事と、９つの簡単な事。その六難のうちの「意義を問う」にあたる、）大変貴重な大善根なのである。
  • なんでも話し合える事が広宣流布に繋がる
－ある児童が質問したところ、「まだ、こんなことが分からないのか。バカだな」と叱った先生がいた。
しかし生徒は、答えが知りたいから質問したのであって、自分の能力を判定してほしい、と言った訳ではない。
これは、認識と評価を誤っているのである。認識と評価を混同してしまったところに、現代の思想の混乱がある－

Interpretation (liberal translation) 
Asking a question about the Lotus Sutra is among the important principle of the six difficult and nine easy acts.
  • Being able to discuss anything leads to Kosen-rufu.
- When a child asked a question, there was a teacher who scolded him, "Don't you understand this yet? You're stupid."
However, the students asked the question because they wanted to know the answer, and did not ask them to judge their abilities.
This is a mistake in "recognition" and "evaluation."
The confusion of modern thought lies in the confusion between recognition and evaluation.
