各各 師子王の心を取り出して・いかに 人 をどすとも をづる 事なかれ、
師子王は百獣に をぢず・師子の子・又かくのごとし、
彼等は野干の ほうるなり 日蓮が一門は師子の吼るなり
おのおの ししおう の こころ を とり いだして いかに ひと おどす とも おずる こと なかれ、
ししおう は ひゃくじゅう に おじず・ しし の こ・また かくのごとし、
かれら は やかん の ほうる なり にちれん が いちもん は しし の ほうる なり

通解（意訳）
日蓮と我が弟子ら一門は、一人ひとりが百獣の王ライオン（師子王）の心を取り出して、どのように人に脅されようとも、決して恐れる事があってはならない。
ライオン（師子王＝師匠）は、他のどんな動物（百獣）をも恐れない。師子の子（弟子）もまた同じである。
彼ら（法華経を非難する人々）は、野犬やキツネらのような畜生が吠えているのと同じである。日蓮と我が弟子ら一門は、師弟が一体となって吼えているのである。
