総じて日蓮が弟子檀那・自他彼此の心なく 水魚の思を成して異体同心にして 南無妙法蓮華経と唱え奉る処を 生死一大事の血脈とは云うなり、

しかも今 日蓮が弘通する処の所詮是なり、若し然らば広宣流布の大願も叶うべき者か

そうじて にちれん が でし だんな・じた ひし の こころ なく すいぎょ の おもい を なして いたいどうしん に して なんみょうほうれんげきょう と となえ たてまつる ところ を しょうじいちだいじ の けつみゃく とは いうなり、

しかも いま にちれん が ぐつう する ところ の いわゆる これ なり、もし しからば こうせんるふ の だいがん も かなうべき もの か

通解（意訳）

総じて日蓮の弟子・壇家の者達が、自分と他人、あちらとこちら等と、別け隔てる心がなく、水と魚が切っても切れない関係のように、皆それぞれが「広宣流布のために」という想いを同じくして、異体同心で南無妙法蓮華経と唱えたてまつるところを、生死一大事の血脈というのである。

しかも今、日蓮が弘通する日蓮仏法の一番の肝要は、この事なのである。

もし、弟子達がこの通りに実践してしていけば、広宣流布の大願も叶うに違いない。

• 異体同心の団結が勝負を決する

「異体同心というのは、現代で言えば『組織』ということです。

『異体』というのは、ひとそれぞれ、姿も立場も、状況も使命も違う。しかし『心』は──信心は『同心』でいきなさいというのです。

『異体異心』では、バラバラです。『同体同心』というのは無理やり、形も姿も心まで統一しようというのです。ファシズムであり、自由はない。だれもついてこられず、格好だけ合わせている。結局、『同体異心』になってしまう」

All disciples and lay supporters of Nichiren should chant Nam-myoho-renge-kyo with the spirit of many in body but one in mind, transcending all differences among themselves to become as inseparable as fish and the water in which they swim. This spiritual bond is the basis for the universal transmission of the ultimate Law of life and death.

Herein lies the true goal of Nichiren’s propagation. When you are so united, even the great desire for widespread propagation can be fulfilled.

Interpretation (liberal translation) 

• The Spirit of "Many in body, one in mind : ITAI-DOSHIN" is Decides a victory.

"Many in body, One in mind : ITAI-DOSHIN" means to "Organization" in modern times. 

"Many in body : ITAI" is different in each person's appearance, position, situation and mission. But "mind" is . . . The faith is to unite in "One in mind : DOSHIN". 

"Different body, Different mind", It's in broken up. "One in body, One in mind" means to unity the appearance, form, and the mind by forcibly. It is fascism, and there is no freedom. No one can conform, and just only keep the form. After all, it becomes "One in body, Different in mind".
