通解（意訳）
過去世からの宿縁に導かれて、今世に日蓮と同じ日本の国土に共に生まれ、日蓮の弟子となられたのであろうか。釈迦仏・多宝如来こそご存知のことであろう。
法華経化城喩品第７に、「あらゆる場所の、あらゆる諸仏の国土に、常に師と同じ時・同じ場所に生まれる」（在在諸仏土・常与師倶生、ざい ざい しょ ぶつ ど・じょう よ し ぐ しょう）と書かれていることが、まさか嘘であるはずがない。

It must be ties of karma from the distant past that have destined you to become my disciple at a time like this. Shakyamuni and Many Treasures certainly realized this truth.
