教主釈尊をうごかし奉れば・ゆるがぬ草木やあるべき・さわがぬ水やあるべき - Thus if one can move Shakyamuni Buddha, the lord of teachings, can the grass and trees fail to respond, can the waters remain calm?

頭をふれば かみ ゆるぐ 心 はたらけば 身うごく、大風吹けば 草木しづかならず・大地 うごけば 大海さはがし、
教主釈尊をうごかし奉れば・ゆるがぬ草木やあるべき・さわがぬ水やあるべき

通解（意訳）
頭を振れば髪がゆるぐ、心が働けば身体もそれに従う。大風吹けば草木は静かではいられず、大地が動けば大海も荒れるように、教主釈尊（＝御本尊、自身に内在している仏性）を揺り動かすような、強盛な信心で題目をあげていくならば、揺れない草木があるだろうか、さわがない水があるだろうか。

English Gosho
When you shake your head, your hair sways; when your mind begins to work, your body moves. When a strong wind blows, the grass and trees can no longer remain still; when the earth shakes, the seas are atremble.
Thus if one can move Shakyamuni Buddha, the lord of teachings[;Ghonzon,the Buddha-nature of oneself], can the grass and trees fail to respond, can the waters remain calm?
