大事には小瑞なし、大悪をこれば大善きたる、すでに大謗法・国にあり大正法必ずひろまるべし、各各なにをかなげかせ給うべき、迦葉尊者にあらずとも・まいをも・まいぬべし、舎利弗にあらねども・立つてをどりぬべし、上行菩薩の大地よりいで給いしには・をどりてこそいで給いしか

通解（意訳）
　
大事の起こる前には小さな瑞相（ずいそう、前触れ）はない。大悪が起これば大善がくる。既に、正法である法華経を謗る（そしる）という大悪（大謗法）が国に充満しているのであるから、大正法は必ず弘まるという大善もくるのである。各々（おのおの）何を嘆くことがあろうか。迦葉尊者でなくても、舞いを舞うべきところである。舎利弗でなくても、立って踊るべきところである。
上行菩薩ら地涌の菩薩が大地から湧出したときには、舞い踊りながら出られたのである。

" Great Evil and Great Good "
　
GREAT events never have minor omens. When great evil occurs, great good follows. Since great slander already exists in our land, the great correct Law will spread without fail. What could any of you have to lament? Even if you are not the Venerable Mahākāshyapa, you should all perform a dance. Even if you are not Shāriputra, you should leap up and dance. When Bodhisattva Superior Practices emerged from the earth, did he not emerge dancing? 

Time ignorance.

Interpretation (liberal translation)
　
 There is not the small auspicious sign before a big event happens. If a Great evil happens, Great good comes.
 The country is full of a great evil (great disobeying Buddha's teachings) to already slander the Lotus Sutra that is right law. Therefore great good that the right law spreads through the world by all means comes.
 What may everybody grieve over?
 Even if you are not the Venerable Mahākāshyapa, you should perform a dance. Even if you are not Shāriputra, you should stand up and  dance. When The Bodhisattva Superior Practices; is the leader of Bodhisattva of the Earth, sprang out of the earth, it was appeared while dancing.
