通解（意訳）
　
戦の際、軍には大将軍を魂として、将軍の采配次第で勝負が決まる。その大将軍が臆病になってしまえば、その部下の兵達も同じように、ことごとく臆病になってしまう。
広宣流布の戦いにおいては、リーダーが生命力豊かに、自ら率先して戦いに挑み、また個人も自らがリーダーの気概を以って、心を合わせて戦っていかなければならない。

" The Supremacy of the Law "
　
 In battles soldiers regard the general as their soul. If the general were to lose heart, his soldiers would become cowards. 
[ In a Battle of KOSEN-RUFU, a leader is full of vitality, and it is important that oneself challenges a fight proactively. and, Each person needs Spirits of " I'm a leader,too " , and must fight against all the members with a single purpose together. ]

蒼蝿驥尾に附して万里を渡り 碧蘿松頭に懸りて千尋を延ぶ - A blue fly, if it clings to the tail of a thoroughbred horse, can travel ten thousand miles, and the green ivy that twines around the tall pine can grow to a thousand feet.
