If teacher and disciple are of different minds, they will never accomplish anything.

If a teacher has a good disciple, both will gain the fruit of Buddhahood, but if a teacher fosters a bad disciple, both will fall into hell.
If teacher and disciple are of different minds, they will never accomplish anything.

  • The awareness of the disciple.

The teacher and disciple is a problem of the awareness of the disciple. A disciple met a teacher several times or is near a teacher or is the executive of the organization, or such a thing is only a mere form.Even if a disciple was in the remote place from a teacher distantly or even if a disciple has not talked with a teacher directly, such a form is not necessary for a master and pupil. The disciple practices it as the teacher says, it is necessary of have so the  awareness of the disciple from oneselfIt is the most important that the heart of the disciple is linked to the heart of the teacher directly. It is the true relations of the teacher and disciple.
