言わずんばある可からず恐れずんばある可からず - I cannot keep silent on this matter. I cannot suppress my fears.

世皆正に背き人悉く悪に帰す、故に善神は国を捨てて相去り聖人は所を辞して還りたまわず、
是れを以て魔来り鬼来り災起り難起る言わずんばある可からず恐れずんばある可からず。
よ みな しょう に そむき ひと ことごとく あく に きす、ゆえ に ぜんじん は くに を すててあい さり しょうにん は しょ を じ して かえり たまわず、
これ を もって ま きたり おに きたり わざわい おこり なん おこる
いわずんば ある べからず おそれずんば あるべからず。

通解（意訳）
世の人々は皆、正法に背き、ことごとく悪法に帰している。それゆえに、守護すべき善神はことごとく国を捨て去ってしまい、聖人はこの地を去って他の所へ行ったまま帰って来ない。そのために（善神・聖人にかわって）魔が来て、鬼神が来て、災いが起こり、難が起こるのである。実にこのことは、声を大にして言わなければならないことであり、恐れなくてはならないことである。

The people of today all turn their backs upon what is right; to a person, they give their allegiance to evil. This is the reason that the benevolent deities have abandoned the nation and departed together, that sages leave and do not return. And in their stead devils and demons come, and disasters and calamities occur. I cannot keep silent on this matter. I cannot suppress my fears.
