経に云く「我が滅度の後に於て 応に斯の経を受持すべし 是の人 仏道に於て 決定して 疑 有ること無けん」云云、貴辺も上行菩薩の化儀をたすくる人なるべし。

通解（意訳）
法華経神力品にいわく「我が滅度の後末法に於いて、応に斯の経を受持すべきである。是の人が成仏することは絶対疑いない」と説かれている。あなたも、末法における上行菩薩（＝日蓮大聖人）の正法弘通を助ける使命を持った人なのである。

The sutra states, “After I have passed into extinction, [one] should accept and uphold this sutra. Such a person assuredly and without doubt will attain the Buddha way."
I am sure that you, too, are one who assists Bodhisattva Superior Practices* in his propagation efforts[;Nichiren Buddhism ].
* This Bodhisattava is Nichiren Daishonin.
