相構えて能能御信心候て霊山浄土へまいり給へ - Make every possible effort to deepen your faith, and reach the pure land of Eagle Peak.

日蓮は法華経の行者なる故に三種の強敵あつて 種種の大難にあへり 然るに かかる者の弟子檀那とならせ給う事 不思議なり 定めて 子細候らん 相構えて 能能 御信心候て 霊山浄土へまいり給へ。

通解(意訳)
日蓮は法華経の行者であるがゆえに、三類の強敵があって、種々の大難にあったのである。しかるに、このような者の弟子檀那となられたことは不思議である*。きっと子細があるのであろう。よくよく信心を強盛にして霊山浄土にまいりなさい。

 この御書名にある「弥源太殿」とは、北条弥源太という幕府の要人であった。
名字の通り、当時の幕府の中心的な北条氏の一族であり、念仏を取り入れていた幕府にとっては、大聖人は大変目障りな存在であった。
 しかし、この北条弥源太は、大聖人が文応元年(1260年)に、立正安国論を幕府に提出し、北条時頼を諌暁されたころから大聖人に深い関心と敬意を寄せていたようである。さらに時期は不明ながら大聖人に帰依した等、様々な事情から、弟子檀那とならせ給う事 不思議なり 定めて子細候らん」と認められていると思われる。

English Gosho
 I am
(;Nichiren) the votary of the Lotus Sutra, I have suffered all manner of persecution at the hands of the three powerful enemies. How wondrous that you have, nonetheless, become a disciple and a supporter of such a person!*
 There must be some profound reason for our relationship. Make every possible effort to deepen your faith, and reach the pure land of Eagle Peak.

Notice.
* A person called "You" coming up in this Gosho, his name are Hojo Yagenta.
He is a government(;Shogunate) of very important person;the Samurai. The Hojo whole families were central existence of the then government. and, according to the surname, Yagenta was one of the Hojo whole families, too.
 Because the government adopted the wrong Buddhism except the Lotus Sutra; a person concerned with government, For the Hojo whole families, Nichiren was a very obstructive person.
 However, Yagenta seemed to have deep interest and respect for Nichiren since Nichiren submitted "On Established of the Peace of the Land" to the government in 1260.
Furthermore, it was unknown at the time, but Yagenta was the Hojo whole families, and he was converted to Daishonin more while being a samurai of Hojo.
 It is supposed that Daishoni was written as "How wondrous that you have, nonetheless, become a disciple and a supporter of such a person! There must be some profound reason for our relationship." in this Gosho by such a various circumstances.
