師弟相違せばなに事も成べからず - If teacher and disciple are of different minds, they will never accomplish anything.

よき弟子をもつときんば師弟・仏果にいたり・あしき弟子をたくはひぬれば師弟・地獄にをつといへり、師弟相違せばなに事も成べからず

通解(意訳)師匠がよい弟子を持つのであれば、師弟は共に成仏を成し遂げることができるが、悪い弟子を養うのであれば、師弟ともに地獄に堕ちるといわれている。師匠と弟子の心が違えば何事も成就することはできない。

本物の師匠は、弟子の成長のために模範となる行動を示し、弟子を護るためならば、己の命をも顧みない覚悟と慈愛の心を持っているのである。
同じく本物の弟子とは、師匠のためなら、いかなる困難に遭っても、師匠を疑わず、師匠を護り抜く覚悟を持っているのである。
弟子となる者は、どんなに厳しい指導であっても、師匠の慈愛の心を汲み取り、師匠の言うとおりに、師匠と心を合わせて、民衆救済の妙法流布という大願を果たすために、師匠と共に戦う決意が必要なのである。

English Gosho
If a teacher has a good disciple, both will gain the fruit of Buddhahood, but if a teacher fosters a bad disciple, both will fall into hell.
If teacher and disciple are of different minds, they will never accomplish anything.

Interpretation (liberal translation)
 A real master does the behavior which is to pupil's grown-up advantage with a model. and a master has the resolution which doesn't regret its life and a heart of affection to protect a pupil.
 Whatever kind of difficulty one meets, in the same way, a true pupil doesn't doubt a master and has the resolution from which a master is protected.
 The person who becomes a pupil even if he gets however severe education, feels a heart of master's affection, and behaves as a master says. And the pupil needs the decision which sets a heart to one with a master, and fights to achieve a great achievement as the "Kosen-Rufu"; propagation prevalence ; to rescue all of the people.
