此の法門の一行いかなる本意なき事ありとも・みずきかず・いわずして・むつばせ給へ、大人には・いのりなしまいらせ候べし

通解（意訳）
この法門の人々とは､たとえどんな不本意なことがあっても､見ず､聞かず､言わずして､仲良くしていきなさい｡おだやかにして､祈っていきなさい
  • たがいに尊敬し仲良く前進
（リーダーの心がけとして）当然､根本である信心の大綱は､きちんと指導していかなければならない｡ そのうえで､私的なことについては､いちいちこまかく指摘したり､非難しあったりすることは賢明ではない｡
人それぞれに個性があり､生き方がある｡ 生活環境も違う｡ たがいに尊重しあい､仲良くしていくことこそが大事である｡（中略）
たとえ不本意なことがあっても､広々とした心で､忍耐強く､大きく包容し､より強盛な信心に立てるよう激励していくことである｡ また大きな立場から､成長を祈ってあげることである｡
そうしていけば､本人の信心の深化とともに､しだいに人間的にも成長をめざしていくにちがいない｡

Interpretation (liberal translation)
  • To respect it each other, and to advance peacefully.
(As a leader's mind) Naturally, the fundamental principles of devotion must be taught properly. In addition, it is not wise to point out or condemn private matters.
Each person has their own personality and a way of life. The living environment is also different. It is important to respect each other and get along well.
Even if there is something unwilling, be patient and have a spacious heart and greatly envelop your opponent.
It is to encourage the other person to build a stronger conviction. It is also important to pray for the other person's growth from a large standpoint.
By doing so, the person's conviction will deepen and will gradually aim for personal growth.

蒼蝿驥尾に附して万里を渡り 碧蘿松頭に懸りて千尋を延ぶ - A blue fly, if it clings to the tail of a thoroughbred horse, can travel ten thousand miles, and the green ivy that twines around the tall pine can grow to a thousand feet.
