法華経の行者となりて無始色心・本是理性・妙境妙智・金剛不滅の仏身とならん事 あに かの仏にかわるべきや

通解（意訳）
法華経の行者になったなら、永遠に生死を繰り返してきた凡夫の身心に、本来から仏性が備わっているのだから（無始色心・本是理性、むし しきしん・ほん ぜ りしょう）、
妙法によって無限の可能性を秘めた仏の境涯を開き、妙法の当体である御本尊は自分自身の胸中に存在している仏性である事を理解し、自覚して（妙境 妙智、みょうきょう みょうち）、
信心を深く奮い起こしていくことで、何ものにも永遠に破壊されることない「絶対的な幸福境涯」（金剛不滅、こんごう ふめつ の 仏の身心）を確立できるのである。
この仏の境涯は、一切衆生に等しく備わっているのだから、どうして釈尊の仏の境涯と異なることがあろうか。

  • 万人幸福のための日蓮仏法

日蓮大聖人の「人権宣言」と拝したい。妙法の修業によって、必ず教主釈尊にも等しい「金剛不滅の仏身」となるのです －と。何が起ころうと、ダイヤモンドのごとく厳然と崩れぬ幸福境涯になるのです。今世でそうなるのです。万人がそうなるための法華経なのです。

Gosho in English
Living beings like ourselves have dwelt in the sea of the sufferings of birth and death since time without beginning. But they become votaries of the Lotus Sutra, and realize that their bodies and minds, which have existed since the beginningless past, are inherently endowed with the eternally unchanging nature; awaken to their mystic reality with their mystic wisdom; and attain the Buddha’s body, which is as indestructible as a diamond.
How then could they be different from that Buddha?

Interpretation (liberal translation)

  • Nichiren Buddhism for Everyone's Happiness

This Gosho can be said that it is a "human rights declaration" of the Nichiren saints. By practicing Myoho, it is always equal to Sakyamuni Buddha;"It can be a body and soul of immortal Buddhahood like a diamonds".Whatever many happens, it will be a happy life that will not collapse like a diamond.It will be so in this life.It is the Lotus Sutra for everyone to do so.

湿れる木より火を出し乾ける土より水を儲けんが如く強盛に申すなり - praying as earnestly as though to produce fire from damp wood, or to obtain water from parched ground.

蒼蝿驥尾に附して万里を渡り 碧蘿松頭に懸りて千尋を延ぶ - A blue fly, if it clings to the tail of a thoroughbred horse, can travel ten thousand miles, and the green ivy that twines around the tall pine can grow to a thousand feet.
