通解（意訳）
潮が干く時と満ちる時、月の出る時と入る時、夏と秋と冬と春との季節の境目には、必ずそれまでと違う変化が起きる。
凡夫が仏になる時もまたそれらと同じであり、必ず三障四魔という信心を妨げる変化が現れる。その時、信心で乗り越えようとする賢い者はこれを喜び、恐れて信心を捨てようとする愚か者は退いていくのである。

２０１５年３月１６日から始めた「日替わり御書 - Daily Gosho」が、今年で４周年を迎えることができました。
いよいよ５年目に突入します。
試行錯誤しながら、ここまで続けてこられたのは、地球上の読者の方がいらっしゃるおかげです。本当にありがとうございます。

There is definitely something extraordinary in the ebb and flow of the tide, the rising and setting of the moon, and the way in which summer, autumn, winter, and spring give way to each other.
