法華経 誹謗の者は 心には思はざれども 色にも嫉み戯れにもソシる程ならば 経にて無けれども 法華経に名を寄たる人を軽しめぬれば 上の一劫を重ねて 無数劫・無間地獄に堕ち候と見えて候
ほけきょう ひぼう の もの は こころ には おもわざれども いろ にも ねたみ たわむれ にも そしる ほど ならば きょう にて なけれども ほけきょう に な を よせたる ひと を かろしめ ぬれば かみ の いっこう を かさねて むすうこう・むげんじごく に おち そうろう と みえてそうろう

通解（意訳）
法華経を誹謗する者は、心には思っていなくても、顔や態度に嫉みの色をあらわしたり、冗談であってもにも謗る（そしる）ことがあれば、また経を嫉み謗るのではなくとも、法華経に名を寄せた人を軽蔑すれば、前文に述べた、一劫という計り知れぬ時間を重ねて、無数の一劫の間、無間地獄に堕ちると経文には説かれている。

As for the person who slanders the Lotus Sutra, though he may not be serious at heart, if he so much as manifests the outward appearance of animosity, disparages the sutra even in jest, or makes light, not of the sutra itself, but of those who act in its name, then, the sutra says, he will fall into the hell of incessant suffering for countless kalpas of the kind described above
