通解（意訳）
我が門下生は、夜は眠りを断ち、昼は暇なく「広宣流布の為に自分に何ができるか」を思案しなさい。

一生を空しく過ごして、後生・万歳（来世以降・万年の歳月）に渡って、悔やしく思うようであってはならない。

English Gosho
 In the light of the above points*, this shows my followers, cut short your sleep by night and curtail your leisure by day and ponder this!
 You must not spend your lives in vain and regret it for ten thousand years to come.

蒼蝿驥尾に附して万里を渡り 碧蘿松頭に懸りて千尋を延ぶ - A blue fly, if it clings to the tail of a thoroughbred horse, can travel ten thousand miles, and the green ivy that twines around the tall pine can grow to a thousand feet.
