なにの兵法よりも 法華経の兵法をもちひ給うべし、「諸余怨敵・皆悉摧滅」の金言むなしかるべからず、
兵法 剣形の大事も此の妙法より出でたり、ふかく信心をとり給へ、あへて臆病にては叶うべからず候
なに の へいほう より も ほけきょう の へいほう を もちい たもう べし、「しょよ おんてき・かいしつ さいめつ」の きんげん むなし かる べからず、
へいほう けんぎょう の だいじ も この みょうほう より いでたり，ふかく しんじん を とり たまえ、あえて おくびょう にて は かなう べからず そうろう

通解（意訳）
どのような策や方法よりも、信心によって智慧を引き出す「法華経の兵法」を用いていきなさい。
法華経を信受している者の成仏を妨げようとする、あらゆる魔の働きは、すべて信心の功徳で滅ぼすことができるのである（諸余怨敵・皆悉摧滅　しょ よ おん てき ・かい しつ さい めつ）。
教主釈尊の御金言が決して空しいはずがない。信心によって乗り越えられない苦難はないのである。
すべての世法も技術も、「心こそ大切なれ」という妙法の思想から生まれ出たものである。
いかなる逆境にあっても、題目を唱えて智慧を頂き、その智慧と御本尊の妙法の力を信じ抜いて、努力を惜しまず、前進する勇気をもって行動していきなさい。
信心も行動も、臆病であっては何事も成就することはできないのである。

Employ the strategy of the Lotus Sutra before any other.
“All others who bear you enmity or malice will likewise be wiped out.” These golden words will never prove false. 
The heart of strategy and swordsmanship derives from the Mystic Law.
Have profound faith. A coward cannot have any of his prayers answered.

Interpretation (liberal translation) 
Draw wisdom by faith rather than any measure or method.
That is called the “Strategy of the Lotus Sutra”.
All the work of the demons that try to prevent the person who attaining to the Buddhahood can be destroyed all with benefit of this faith.
The Buddha ’s words do es not be lies at all.
There are no hardships that cannot be overcome by faith.
The Major system of all of the world or the  technologies are born from philosophy of the MYOHO; “A Sincere heart is most important”.
In any adversity,  Draw wisdom from GOHONZON by chanting DAIMOKU, and believe in the wisdom  and the power of MYOHO.
And act with the courage to move forward.
You will achieve that if you have the Strong faith and behavior fulfilled of you.
Faith and behavior can not achieve anything if they are cowardly.
