通解(意訳)
法華経という経は転子病という病のようなものである。転子というのは親の生き写しのような子という意味であり、実際の転子は少ないけれども、この法華経という転子病は、親の振舞いが子供へと、必ず生き写しのように伝わるのである。

English Gosho
Let us discuss the sutra known as the Lotus in terms of a disease that is passed on to one's children.
Concerning the disease that is passed on to one's children, though it may be rare for children to resemble their parents in every particular, this kind of disease will most certainly be passed on to them.

Interpretation (liberal translation)
Passing called the Lotus Sutra is like the illness called "A disease that is passed on to one's children".
"a disease that is passed on to one's children" is the meaning called the child like the living image of the parent.
Actually, there are few such examples, however "a disease that is passed on to one's children" named this Lotus Sutra is infected so that the behavior of the parent is true to life of a child by all means.
