過去に自分がどのような要因を作ってきたかは、現在の自分の状態（結果）を見なさい。同様に、未来の自分がどんな状態（結果）になっているかを知ろうとするなら、現在の要因を見なさい。そして、理想の自分になれるような要因を、今作っていきなさい。
