通解（意訳）
南無妙法蓮華経と唱えられたということは、千年に一度しか浮かび上がってこない伝説の一眼の亀が、海に浮いていた浮木にたまたま出会って、浮き木の穴に入ることができたようなものであり、天から下した糸が、大地に立ててある針の穴に通ったようなものである。
このように、南無妙法蓮華経と唱える事自体が大変まれな事であり、素晴らしい事なのである。

Interpretation (liberal translation)
The One-eyed turtle;
Legendary turtle that come up to surface on the sea at the only once in a thousand years.

As in these examples, Chanting the Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo, itself is very rare and wonderful.
